Candle / Diffuser Details

  • 35 hour burn time / 200ml diffuser, boxed for gifting
  • 100% soy wax + naturally derived fragrances
  • Child's drawing on the label & a personalised message

Four fragrances to choose from: Almond Vanilla | Coconut & Lime | Freesia | Peach Hearts

How does it work, what does it cost?

  • $20 per candle, suggested sell price of $30 → $10 profit
  • $30 per diffuser, suggested sell price of $40 → $10 profit
  • Group intakes are limited, ensuring personalised service.

For the Fabulous Organiser, The Process

Email us with the following information:

  • Group name
  • Contact person, phone & email address
  • Event / Occasion (e.g. Mother's Day / Easter / Specific Fundraiser / Christmas)
  • Desired delivery date

We will confirm that your group is locked in, email you a link to an editable order/artwork form, and let you know when the sample pack is ready for collection. The sample pack includes a display candle and 4 scented tealight candles for participants to choose their desired scent.

Step by Step

Step One: Decide on & add to the editable order form, the selling price of your candles & how you will receive payment from participating families; the order closing date (at least three weeks prior to the delivery date); and whether you will pick up or have the orders shipped (and where).

Step Two: Display sample candles in your space and distribute the Order/Artwork Forms to participants.

Step Three: Collect money & order forms from participating people.

Step Four: Post, drop off, or scan & email forms to 203 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC, or hello@callacollective.com.au.

Step Five: Receive the emailed invoice for your order and make payment (payment methods will be on the emailed invoice).

Step Six: Wait for delivery, you will receive email confirmation when they are ready to be picked up or shipped.

Step Seven: Receive your beautiful, personalised candles and distribute them to your participants for gifting.
