What's your return and exchange policy?
Love it or return it. Simple. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging and tags.
- Exchanges: First one is free
- Returns: You'll receive a credit voucher with no expiration date once the item is received
- Proof of purchase required
- Final sale items are not eligible
How long does shipping take?
We ship fast because waiting isn't fun.
- Standard: 2-5 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Can I click and collect?
Yes, you can collect Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, from our warehouse location in Vermont, Melbourne, Victoria.
Most orders are ready within 24 hours. You'll receive a text message when it's ready to collect with detailed instructions.

Creative Workshop Terms & Conditions
Minimum Numbers: If we don't reach the minimum number of attendees, Calla Collective reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In this case, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
Participant Cancellations:
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund or credit
- 12–48 hours before: Credit only
- Less than 12 hours: No refund or credit, but tickets are transferable
Photos: We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you'd prefer not to be included, please email hello@callacollective.com.au and inform staff upon arrival.
